Unwashed, unworn or unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt. Damaged or defective merchandise may be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase with original receipt. To return please include original packing slip and circle the item(s) that you are returning. For a return, we will credit the card or cost center used to place the order. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package. Packages must be returned prepaid – we do not accept COD deliveries.

Our goal is 100% accuracy on quantity and timelines for all shipments. Robertson Marketing processes orders Monday-Friday, excluding business holidays. Both ground and expedited ship methods are offered on the website at the time of check out. All US domestic orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped within 48 hours. All international orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped within 96 hours.
Delivery time will depend upon product availability, your location, and the selected shipping method.
For east coast locations - orders will arrive within 1-3 days of shipment via ground service.
For west coast locations - orders will arrive within 4-6 days of shipment via ground service.
For Mexico and Canada - orders will arrive within 14 days of shipment via ground service.
Expedited orders will ship out the same day, if placed by 3pm and pending credit card authorization. If an expedited order is placed after 3pm, it will ship out the following business day.
The Filter Gear Store ships to domestic locations. We do not ship to Post Office (PO) boxes.
For orders shipping to Mexico and Canada, your order will ship with duties and taxes prepaid. If you are asked to pay duties and taxes, please pay the charges so your shipment is not returned. All orders should arrive with a packing slip. No prices are included on the packaging slip. Please confirm that all the information on the packing slip is consistent with the materials in the box.
